听说用代理服务器也不行,具体我也没试过

刚刚找的办法，完全可以申请！
方法：
1、下载operaTor英文版！
2、设置浏览器语言为en ！

下来就是申请了！我申请了2个完全通过！跟邮箱没关系，写一个自己的邮箱，前提是没有在000webhost被记录过的！

还要注意，每申请一个，请在operator里面清除cookie，才能继续！
